Covering east, west and central London AJ Personal Training is run by a fully qualified personal trainer and Muay Thai fighter. The AJ Personal Training system is based around Muay Thai kickboxing and draws inspiration from the exercises and routines that fighters use to prepare for fights. All of this makes an AJ Personal Training session a dynamic, challenging, fun and unique experience. Focusing on increasing overall fitness levels, weight loss, body conditioning, creating muscle tone and developing explosive speed and power. All of which are core attributes of the Thai boxer.
