About meThe current WMC (MAD) World Champion, 2009 World Bronze Medallist and European Silver Medallist I compete on the Muay Thai circuit both here in the UK and abroad. I started Martial Arts when I was 12 years old with Kempo. I have since been involved in many different Martial Arts such as Jujitsu, Karate and Boxing before starting Muay Thai. With a passion for helping people achieve their goals I use techniques that professional fighters use to get in shape and boost their fitness. Drawing my inspiration from martial arts in general and Muay Thai kickboxing in particular my system uses scientifically proven personal training methods and combines them with training systems used by Muay Thai fighters. Muay Thai is one of the most physically and mentally demanding combat sports and requires exceptional levels of fitness, conditioning, balance, speed and power. Muay Thai kickboxing also helps develop mental strength and fortitude so you will have a can do attitude at all times. With experience in teaching techniques to complete beginners through to advanced levels all comers are welcome. |
