About meThe current ISKA World Champion, WMC (MAD) World Champion, 2009 IFMA World Bronze Medallist and IFMA European Silver Medallist I compete on the Muay Thai circuit here in the UK and abroad. I started Martial Arts at the age of 12 with Kempo. I have since been involved in different Martial Arts such as Jujitsu, Karate and Boxing before starting Muay Thai. With a passion for helping people achieve their goals I use techniques that professional fighters use to get in shape and boost their fitness. Drawing inspiration from martial arts in general and Muay Thai kickboxing in particular my system uses scientifically proven personal training methods in combination with training systems used by Thai fighters. Muay Thai is one of the most physically and mentally demanding combat sports and requires exceptional levels of fitness, conditioning, speed and power. Muay Thai also helps develop mental strength and fortitude so you will have a can do attitude at all times. With experience in teaching techniques to complete beginners through to advanced levels all comers are welcome. |
