Sessions can combine weight training, Calisthenics (using your own body weight resistance) to help tone the body and increase speed and power and using pads to learn boxing and Thai boxing techniques helping to work the whole body. Group personal training sessions give you everything that a one to one session provides but with up to three of your friends and with a slight discount too. Parks - Train in one of the London Parks in the open air such as Victoria Park. If you don't like working out in a stuffy gym then this option is great for getting out and about. Home/Office - Sometimes it is better for you if a personal trainer visits you at your home or office to help fit around your busy lifestyle. Gym (Based in E1) - This traditional Muay Thai gym, just moments away from Stepney Green & Bethnal Green tube stations, has everything required to create a fun and effective work out. The gym is fully equipped with bags, pads and boxing rings all of which combine to give an authentic Thai boxing experience. |
